As we prepare for the 8th annual Sino International Freight Forwarders Conference in Shanghai September 26th to 29th, I encourage any member attending this networking event to schedule a one-on-one meeting with me to discuss your involvement in the DGLA.  It is impossible for me to visit each of you in your respective markets but if you have time during these meetings I would like to sit down with you to discuss how you are using the DGLA and find better ways for you to use the opportunities within the group.  I will be available the entire week so please try and make time to come visit me.

The DGLA is looking for better ways to improve your visibility worldwide.  If any of you know of a 'must attend' event dedicated to your specific industry services, please let me know.  I am already preparing my travel schedule for next year and want to include some DGLA functions for the members.  It is important we continue to press forward in finding you the greatest opportunities for your specific craft and welcome your input in the direction this network continues to move.

As always if you have a unique or unusual move you have completed, please tell me about it.  The DGLA is always looking to give recognition and showcase your moves to the group.  Please send any interesting moves you may have completed recently for us to share with the members.
